Plan Design review and consultation - A key service provided to our brokers is a comprehensive analysis of carrier products and plan portfolios. We determine the most efficient products from both a pricing and benefit perspective. Partnering these resources with an analysis of a plan’s current program provides the broker with an effective strategy to serve their client.
Small Group quoting - Small group quotations are produced from our office, improving the turn-around time and quoting efficiency.
Case Submission - The EGP staff reviews and submits new cases to the underwriting departments. Quality submissions result in improved underwriting response.
Customer Service - The EGP staff has dedicated contacts to resolve escalated service issues, allowing the customers HR department and the brokers to be more efficient.
